He is an Electronic Engineer of the 1987 batch with a First Class and Distinction. Under his able guidance and strong leadership qualities, ELCON flourished in the field of supply of Erection Hardware to become a market leader.

Mr. Rathi migrated to Mumbai from Amravati in the year 1987 to join Sony Orson. The hustle & bustle of Mumbai put him on further journey and he shifted to Pune to join Hi Tech & Conlex. In the year 1988, his calling - to become an Entrepreneur, and the fascination of leaving a legacy led to the inception of ELCON.

He has an experience of more than 27 years in the field of Erection and Commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation Systems. He has worked for Industries, like the Cement, Sugar, Chemical, Petrochemical and Automobiles. From small orders in the beginning, ELCON now does turnkey projects for companies like Thermax, Praj and Walchand Group of Industries.

Providing quality products at the right cost, putting innovative ideas into practice and implementing new projects with confidence thereby ensuring customer satisfaction has been his core focus. He is forthright & honest and understands his business thoroughly. With appropriate strategies and sheer hard work and patience, Mr. Rathi has taken ELCON to new heights and has made it a market leader today. His dream of implementing complete automation would soon be put into action.

Under the Motivating Leadership of Director Mr. Dinesh Rathi, Elcon is Consistently creating higher benchmarks in quality and crossing new milestones in customer satisfaction.

Kush Dinesh Rathi, completed his graduation in B-Tech Computer Science from Symbiosis University, Pune. With the passion of business in mind and entrepreneurship in his genes, he followed his father's footsteps and joined his father's company in 2014. His core area is Planning, Execution and Marketing.

In the first year, after joining the company, Kush focused on production planning and now he is looking after the company's complete Administration.

He has executed many turnkey projects & also many export projects as well. His experience and expertise in broad vision & core vision, benefitted the company to flourish with the latest market trends. He is now working as a CEO of ELCON GROUP OF COMPANIES.
Kush loves to travel, do adventure treks & photography.
